Out of Hours
Out of hours cover is provided by NHS England between 6.30pm and 8.00am and from 6.30pm Friday until 8.00am Monday. Patients will be offered appropriate advice or a consultation at Savernake hospital, if medically necessary a doctor will make a home visit. Telephone 111

Telephone Advice
The doctors and nurses are available for telephone advice. Please ring in the morning before 10.30am if possible, and the doctor or nurse will return your call

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone  to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Test Results

red crossThe practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

If you are telephoning the surgery for your test results please call after 1pm as the phone lines are extremely busy in the mornings with people ringing to make appointments.
